Special Considerations:
The best way to schedule, change, or cancel an appointment with us is to call Reynolda Village (336) 448-0792 or Clemmons (336) 448-2044. Please notify our receptionists before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any other physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you have any concerns at all, please let us know. If at any time during your services you experience discomfort, please alert your service provider immediately.

Guarantee:

Your feedback is important to us. We work hard for you and love when you are happy.

All service providers are professionals that have a valid Cosmetic Arts license in the State of North Carolina. For this reason, we do not give refunds. All service providers are compensated for their scheduled time.

All services have a limited time of guarantee for 14 days. If for any fault from Aeracura Salon you are not satisfied within 14 days after your service, the service you received will be redone at no expense with the same service provider.

We try our best to accommodate all of our guests. Aeracura Salons keeps a current file on each guest with recorded history so that we can fully achieve specific results for each guest.


***There are circumstances that some results are not achievable within the same day. Your stylist is trained to consult with you about realistic options and strategize a plan, customized for your specific results.

Returns on Products:
Aeracura Salon will gladly exchange any product bought by our guests if returned unused and with the original receipt within 14 days of the purchase date.

Cancellations:
For any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call 48 hours prior to your appointment time. This is in consideration and respect of our stylists time and for the other salon guests that may be awaiting an appointment at that time.

Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to your appointment may incur a fee of 50% of your service to compensate service providers for their time.

***No shows and Day Of Cancellations will be expected to have a credit card on file before booking another appointment and may be charged in advance 100% of their booked service. This is done to show courtesy for the inconvenience and loss of income for the service provider of no showing a previous appointment.

We do understand there are emergencies beyond our control. We thank you ahead of time for your consideration. We recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the salon to ensure you have the appointment time that you most desire.

Payments & Gratuities:
We accept cash as well as all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discovery. Personal checks are not accepted and we do not give cash back on credit card charges.
Gratuity is not included in the service fees listed on our price list.

Service Pricing:

A “+” sign after some prices indicates price variations among service providers based on education and experience. After professionals complete training sessions and educational workshops with industry leaders, their prices increase to reflect a new skill level. Variations in pricing can also depend on the length and thickness of hair. Please visit us for a free consultation if you have a concern about pricing.

Child Safety Policy:

Our concerns are for the safety of your children.
We understand that your “me time” does not always align with your hair appointments. However, our policy prohibits unsupervised children in the salon. In the event you must bring a young child into the salon, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker. Unfortunately the salon cannot provide childcare services. We kindly request ONLY those receiving services be present in the service areas. Older children, (12+) capable of sitting quietly and unsupervised, may wait in the provided seating area. While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child’s safety in mind.
Our salon is not child-proof. Sharp instruments, hot styling tools, chemicals and a busy, congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. Aeracura Salon stylists and staff are dedicated to providing each of our guests with the highest level of services possible.
We greatly appreciate your compliance with our child safety policy.

Personal Items:
Aeracura Salon is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal items. We provide capes and robes for guest to wear during color services to protect valuable clothing.

Privacy Policy:
Aeracura Salon will not release any personal information obtained inside the salon & spa to any outside parties. Email addresses and cell phone numbers are used strictly for special event updates and appointment confirmation. Clients may request the removal of their email address at any time.

Check In:

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will give you time to fill out any forms needed related to the service you'll be receiving, and unwind before your treatment.

Late Arrival:

To ensure the promptness of all reservations, we reserve the right to reschedule any reservation that is 15 minutes or later to another convenient time.
